Please be advised that, effective June 1, 2008, Building Products of Canada Corp. will be shipping all of its products on non-returnable pallets. The escalating cost of freight as well as the logistic to support the current returnable pallet policy has forced us to switch to non-returnable pallets.

As of June 1, 2008, all our 41”x 54” and 43”x 55” pallets will become non-returnable and
will be identified in different ways:

1. Pallets ends will be painted in black or
2. Pallets sides will have the “N/R” identification for non-returnable or
3. Pallets ends will be painted in black and the sides will have the “N/R” mark.
