In order to maintain the high quality levels you have come to expect from us, we are pleased to announce that over the next several months, Building Products of Canada Corp. will be transitioning our current poly-paper wrappers to polyethylene.

These new wrappers are comprised of a high-end polyethylene product. Attractive packaging consists of name with stunning color bands, information drawings of a premium roof system and standard nailing patterns that are positioned on the front of the wrapper. Application instructions are located inside the wrapper.  

The polyethylene wrapper is micro-perforated like our former polyethylene coated kraft paper. The micro-perforation allows shingles to breathe. The new wrapper is UV resistant and sealed on all sides.  It keeps its integrity in all weather conditions and does not decompose when wet. In addition, our new polyethylene wrappers are 100% recyclable.

Please be advised that we will deplete all stock of an SKU in poly-paper wrapper prior to shipping the SKU in a polyethylene wrapper.

Enclosed is a separate sheet showing the new product color bands, and a sample of our new Rampart wrapper.
